Headline: "Scientist dies in Lab" Muhahahahaha!

Where would you like to die? What would you be doing and why?

So let’s start off with what I believe in life after death. Well, I know this may be offensive to many people when I say that I don’t believe in an afterlife, a Heaven, or a Hell. I believe that when a person is deceased, their remains stay on Earth, and their subconscious and conscious minds are lost. I’m an empiricist, so I think logically about things (even though I may seem like the most illogical person you’ve met; it’s only because I’m silly and I like to have fun.)
I’m pretty much a Darwinist; I believe in evolution over religion. (But that doesn’t mean that I’m correct or not). It’s hard for me to get into the subject of religion, because it may seem like I’m arrogant and inconsiderate towards theistic religions.
ANYWAY, before I go on a rampage about religion, I’m going to stop and talk about the actual subject. Let’s see… I don’t know exactly how I would like to die, but I can eliminate the ways I don’t want to go. I definitely do not want to die by drowning, suffocation, or being buried alive. (Horrible way to go!) I wouldn’t want to be brutally murdered, or fall from extreme heights.
If I were to die, I would like to die doing something I love. I’m very interested in the human anatomy, so maybe I’d discover something in the lab that causes supernatural effects on the human body, which then kills me, but gives me time to say goodbye to my loved-ones. It may not seem like a very peaceful way to die, not an ideal way to die either, but hey, I’m a weird person. I was born a weirdo, and I will die a weirdo.

John is Back!

If you could bring back one person from the dead, who would that be and what would you serve for dinner and why?

If I were to have one person brought back from the dead, I would choose John Lennon. Not only is Lennon an inspiration to millions of people, he is also a very easy-going man who cares for the well-being of others. Why else do you think he sings about peace an love?! If he came over to my house for dinner, I'd serve a  casual bowl of Corn Flakes; he loved those! The Beatles even inquired it into their song I am the Walrus. To spice it up a bit (literally), I'd serve some curry, since John and the Beatles were greatly influenced by India's culture.
Also, John really enjoyed IHOP's silver-dollar pancakes, and Burger King's Whoppers. Since Saipan doesn't have any of those two restaurants, I'd have to special order it from Guam or wherever! Since he was such a believer in animal rights, and less violence towards animals, I'd serve some vegetarian dishes to set a "chill" mood. To top off the night, following an interesting conversation (and occasional squealing), I'd serve some jelly as a desert! Yum, yum!

Page 110 of my 400-page Autobiography

Getting out of college was a marvelous thing. Yes, I'd miss my old roommates, and the parties (which I never really attended), but like going from high school to college, it was time to start my life on a new page. I never really had a promiscuous life in college. I mean, the whole college thing is supposed to be the best years of your life (not that I'm opposing or anything), but people usually aim sex as one of the best things about college; no parents telling you when to be home by, no more strict rules to follow, it is basically all up to you.
I grew up with my family being so open with each other that I, the most cut-off, closed myself from the rest of the world. Even now, I'm still uneasy when I talk about sex or men with my family members. I think that because I've seen myself a child towards my family, the woman in me never really came, and the kid in me never really left. So, I'm stuck with being the girl who was too shy to talk about boys or anything relating to the emotions for the opposite sex. But my friends are another story; I can talk to them about anything, from Gonorrhea to dildos. (Let's hope for my sake, that no one in my family reads this!)
I'm kind of a little girl lost in her imagination when it comes to true love and marriage. I mean, when I watch MTV or any other atrocious television "reality" shows, I see myself as totally pure and sane. Who in their right minds would go on a television show to look for love? (Rhetorical question) It's not a surprise that many of today's kids will grow up to be strippers and teenage moms (which, ironically, is also another reality show).

If you're bored, possibly..

It’s sad that we all live on this isolated island. Sometimes it seems like there’s nothing to do. Well, leave it to the people who’ve lived here their whole lives (including me) to inform you on what things are actually pretty fun. There are a lot of things to do on this island, actually. We’re just not willing to see it. I’ll point out a few options you can choose to keep your life on Saipan less mundane and boring.
School always seems to take up a lot of our personal time, but having fun doesn’t technically mean going out somewhere. Instead, why not run through the sprinklers on a hot Sunday afternoon? True, it’s quite adolescent, but there’s nothing wrong with bringing out the child in you to have a little fun!
If the family’s been in the house, working non-stop, a simple barbeque could possible bring out the fun with your family; talking, taking pictures, and eating. Sounds good to me!  If you’re the kind of student who has enough quality time with the family and want to hit it up with some friends, going to the street market on Thursdays can be pretty fun, too. Basically what you do at the street market is hang out with friends, eat, and possibly make new friends. It’s quite stimulating, if you get my drift.
If you and that special someone want to hang out, the both of you can always catch a movie, or go get dinner together. There are quite a few good restaurants on Saipan that can provide a good time. But if you’re single, it’s okay, just grab a handful of friends and go bowling! Yes, bowling on a Saturday night, sounds pretty fun to me. I’m pretty sure that both bowling alleys, J’s neat Micro Toyota, and one behind Shenanigans near the I Saipan store.
So, to make myself clear, here is the list of fun things you can do on Saipan that I’ve mentioned earlier:
Run through the sprinklers, have a barbeque, go to the street market, catch a movie, grab dinner, and go bowling.

I like music.

So I've been listening to English music now. Haha, hard to believe, I know. But mostly rock. I probably may never get used to rap music.. I'm just saying. ANYWAY, I've been listening more to like Fall Out Boy and The All-American Rejects. Some Relient K, Switchfoot, uhmmm, Blink 182? Probably more, though. I can't remember (if you know me, you know that).
I like music that expresses how I feel. I listen to happy music, and occasionally some really sad, slow music. Right now, I'm not the happiest person, nor am I really as happy as I usually am. Eh, things have changed a bit since the beginning of the school year. It's more personal than what I'd like to share, so I'm gonna keep it as that.
School is distracting me from my listening time... more like my listening time is distracting me from my schoolwork! Pandora is an awesome website. It's an online radio that lets you listen to the artists that arouse your interest, so you don't have to listen to these crappy songs that make you want to shoot yourself in the head.
Pandora is actually where I start to recall all the old bands that I used to really like. Bands like Fall Out Boy, Blink 182, Panic! At the Disco, etc. It brings back so many memories, actually. It's quite nice to hear the music that reminds me of my childhood (or younger days).
Sooo, I have nothing more to say- I'm gonna go now. Have fun listening to your music! Tell me about it if it's good! (:
